Devahn Mattis Arrested in Connecticut for $400 Larceny

Springfield man arrested for theft at Target, scheduled for court appearance

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WWLP) – A Springfield man, Devahn M. Mattis, 33, was arrested on Tuesday in Connecticut due to an active warrant related to a larceny investigation. According to the South Windsor Police Department, Mattis was accused of stealing approximately $400 worth of merchandise from a Target store on Buckland Hills Drive in August.

At 2:05 p.m. on Tuesday, Mattis was arrested and processed by authorities. He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is set to appear in Manchester Superior Court on May 21st for his scheduled hearing.
