Derek E. Mosher, a 44-year-old resident of Corinth, was arrested on April 24 by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office after an investigation into a larceny call from April 4.
Authorities received a report of a larceny on Fuller Road in Corinth at approximately 12:22 a.m. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Mosher allegedly stole a credit card and used it fraudulently in the victim’s name.
Mosher has been charged with third-degree identity theft and fourth-degree grand larceny. After his arrest, he was arraigned in Corinth Town Court and is currently being held at the Saratoga County Jail awaiting further legal proceedings.
