On Friday, 42-year-old Dennis Keith West of Cave City, Kentucky, was arrested by the Kentucky State Police (KSP) and charged with multiple offenses. The charges include second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, possession of methamphetamine, promoting contraband, third-degree escape, persistent felony offender in the first degree, failure to appear on four counts, and non-payment of fines on three counts.
West was taken into custody and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail pending further proceedings.
