by Ananya Mehta

The Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of Jammu and Kashmir Police has arrested Jatish Babbar, a Delhi-based pharmaceutical company owner, for his alleged involvement in drug trafficking in the Union Territory.

Officials described the arrest as a significant breakthrough against a narcotics network. Babbar, a resident of South Delhi, is reportedly a notorious trafficker and has been linked to three separate NDPS cases registered at the ANTF police station in Jammu.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Babbar misused his position as a pharma company owner to procure and supply psychotropic substances illegally across regions. Authorities are continuing investigations to uncover the full extent of his operations.
