TULSA, OK (KTUL) — A woman identified as Daviona Robinson was arrested Friday night following a violent and chaotic incident at Hustler Hollywood in Tulsa.
The Tulsa Police Department responded to a disturbance call at approximately 11:17 p.m. and discovered that Robinson had allegedly attempted to steal nearly $700 in merchandise.
When confronted by a store employee, Robinson allegedly punched them in the face. She then attacked a customer who intervened, using a high-heel shoe display as a weapon, according to police.
Robinson reportedly fled the scene in her vehicle and attempted to run over the customer who had taken a photo of her license plate.
Officers located her vehicle shortly after, but Robinson allegedly tried to escape again, driving to a different store and hiding in the bathroom. With assistance from staff, police were able to arrest her.
Despite being handcuffed, Robinson resisted arrest and bit one officer, breaking the skin.
Police also reported that her 5-year-old daughter was in the back seat during the ordeal. The child was later released to her grandfather.
Robinson is facing multiple charges, including:
Strong-Armed Robbery (Felony)
Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Felony)
Assault on Police (4 counts)
Assault on Medical Personnel
Child Endangerment (Misdemeanor)
DUI – Drugs
Transporting an Open Container
Obstruction
Resisting Arrest
She remains in custody as the investigation continues.
