David Kaiser Arrest Spurs Major Drug Bust in Fayetteville

Four Arrested After Narcotics Seizure at Two Fayetteville Hotels

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — An arrest of wanted fugitive David Kaiser at a Fayetteville hotel in early September triggered a wider narcotics investigation, resulting in several arrests, the Fayetteville Police Department reported.

On September 9, police responded to a call about Kaiser, wanted on multiple charges including manufacturing cocaine, at a hotel on Bordeaux Park Drive. Upon arrival, officers arrested Kaiser. Warrants indicated he was selling drugs and storing cocaine in the hotel room. A search uncovered 22.4 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Kaiser is currently held on a $30,000 secured bond.

Following this, investigators obtained information on suspicious activity at a hotel on Skibo Road. On September 12, surveillance led to the arrest of Jerome Jones Jr., Linwood D. Rich Jr., Katelyn D. Fore, and Hailey S. Baker.

During the investigation, police seized a substantial amount of drugs and cash, including:

823 grams of fentanyl

814 grams of marijuana

85 grams of cocaine and methamphetamine

A hydraulic press

$53,881 in U.S. currency

Jerome Jones Jr. faces multiple charges including three counts of trafficking opium or heroin (possession, manufacturing, and transporting), trafficking cocaine, and possession with intent to sell marijuana and methamphetamine. Jones posted a $50,000 secured bond and was released.

Linwood D. Rich Jr. faces similar charges as Jones, including trafficking heroin and cocaine and possession with intent to sell marijuana and methamphetamine.

Katelyn D. Fore was charged with several felony possession counts including schedule II narcotics, possession on prison premises, and drug paraphernalia. She is held on a $29,000 secured bond.

Hailey S. Baker was charged with felony possession of schedule II narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia and is being held on a $5,000 secured bond.
