UTICA, N.Y. — A Oneida County jury has found 38-year-old David Borowiec guilty of eight firearm-related charges following a three-day trial.
Borowiec, a resident of Yorkville, was convicted on six counts of criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of criminal possession of a firearm.
The verdict was announced on Wednesday in Oneida County Court.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 28.
