Daryl Howard Arrested for Felony Probation Violations
On March 20, 2025, Daryl Howard, 35, was arrested at an apartment complex on Sycamore Drive in Athens-Clarke County. Law enforcement officials, including the local police Gang Unit and FBI Safe Streets Task Force, served him with outstanding warrants, leading to his capture early in the morning.
Although the Athens-Clarke County Police Department’s incident report does not specify the charges related to the warrants, records from the county jail indicate that Howard was booked on two felony probation violations. These violations stem from prior charges, including possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana, as well as possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The arrest marks another chapter in Howard’s ongoing legal troubles, as authorities continue to address the allegations against him. Further developments are expected as the case progresses.
