Darlington County Arrests Tammy O’Neal and Edwin Easterling for Drug and Weapon Charges

Two Arrested for Marijuana and Stolen Firearm in Darlington

DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Two individuals were arrested in Darlington County on Tuesday after drugs and a stolen weapon were discovered during a search.

The Darlington County Combined Drug Unit conducted a search at a residence off Robin Hood Road in the Hartsville area. The search uncovered over 400 grams of marijuana and a stolen handgun, according to a release from authorities.

Tammy O’Neal and Edwin Easterling were arrested at the scene. O’Neal was charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a stolen handgun. Easterling faces charges for the distribution of marijuana.

Officials with Darlington County noted that the investigation is still ongoing, and the two individuals could face additional charges as the case develops.
