A routine traffic stop in Glen Burnie on April 30 led to the arrest of 47-year-old Danyell Pender, a Baltimore man found to have an outstanding warrant.

Police stopped a white GMC near Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Cedarcliff Drive around noon. During the stop, authorities confirmed Pender had a warrant out for his arrest.

A search of the vehicle uncovered 148 MDMA pills, about 11 ounces of marijuana, drug packaging materials, and a cell phone.

Pender was taken into custody and faces charges related to drug possession and the outstanding warrant.
