EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Horizon Police arrested 41-year-old Daniel Lucero as he attempted to cross the border at Ysleta.
Customs and Border Protection officers discovered an active warrant for Lucero from Horizon City, related to a charge of indecent assault (fondling). CBP promptly notified Horizon Police, leading to his immediate arrest on Wednesday afternoon.
Lucero was taken to the El Paso County jail, where a $5,000 bond was set. Jail records confirm that he posted bond and was released later the same day.
