KERNERSVILLE, N.C. — A 22-year-old Kernersville man, Daniel Benjamin Holladay, was arrested Thursday on charges related to the distribution of child pornography, the multi-county Invictus Task Force announced.
The investigation began in November following multiple tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. On September 4, task force members executed a search warrant at Holladay’s residence on Stigall Road.
As a result, Holladay was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was taken into custody and held at the Randolph County Detention Center, with bond set at $50,000 secured.
Holladay is scheduled for a hearing in Forsyth County District Court on September 10.
The Invictus Task Force continues to investigate the case and urges anyone with relevant information to contact the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office’s Invictus Task Force.
