In a significant bust, police arrested cyber fraudster Ayush Kumar in Dhanbad’s Digwadih area on Wednesday. Acting on a tip-off, a police team, led by Cyber Dy SP Sandeep Kumar, successfully apprehended the suspect from a flat located in CRO Colony.
During questioning, Ayush Kumar admitted to running a fraudulent operation called ‘Prerna Consultancy.’ Through this fake consultancy, Kumar swindled young aspirants by promising them guaranteed college admissions. Additionally, he manipulated results in the Bihar Public Service Commission’s teacher recruitment examination, tricking many hopeful candidates out of their money.
