Craig Lee Hickson and Rasheeda Kelly Indicted for Meth Trafficking, Firearms Violations

Luzerne County duo faces federal charges for meth distribution and illegal firearms possession

LUZERNE CO. (WOLF) — Two people from Luzerne County are facing serious federal charges for drug trafficking offenses and firearms violations.

Craig Lee Hickson, 34, of Plymouth, and Rasheeda Kelly, 46, of Wilkes-Barre, were indicted this week by a federal grand jury. According to the United States Attorney’s Office, on February 21, 2025, Hickson and Kelly conspired to distribute and possess with intent to distribute over 500 grams of methamphetamine in Luzerne County.

The indictment also alleges that Kelly, as a convicted felon, possessed several firearms, which is illegal under federal law.

If convicted, both Hickson and Kelly face severe penalties, including life imprisonment, a term of supervised release, and potential fines.
