Montgomery, Ala. — Cory Swint, 49, was arrested Friday and charged with multiple theft-related offenses, according to court documents.
Swint faces charges including breaking and entering a vehicle, first-degree theft of property, third-degree theft of property, and second-degree theft of a firearm.
Court records reveal the first incident took place on September 25 at a Montgomery casino, where Swint allegedly stole a CashApp debit card.
A second incident occurred on the following Monday at the same casino, where Swint reportedly broke into a man’s truck and stole $2,800 along with a firearm from the center console.
At the time of these thefts, Swint was out on bond for an earlier robbery charge from April. He is now being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a $42,500 bond.
