AUBURN, N.Y. — On Friday, members of the Auburn Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Seymour Street that led to the arrest of a local man on multiple drug charges.
Authorities identified a passenger in the vehicle as Corey Gamlen. During the stop, officers reportedly discovered a quantity of crack cocaine, a digital scale, and additional drug paraphernalia. Gamlen was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters for processing.
A subsequent search of Gamlen revealed a further quantity of U.S. currency and fentanyl.
He has been charged with two felony counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. After processing, Gamlen was transferred to the Cayuga County Jail for centralized arraignment.
