BEND, Ore. — Conner Eric Duhn, 27, was arrested for the fourth time in six months on multiple child sex abuse and luring charges after allegedly violating court-ordered restrictions by contacting minors online.
The investigation began in November 2023 when Bend Police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding child sexual abuse material shared on Snapchat using a local IP address. Nearly a year later, Duhn was identified as a suspect.
In October 2024, detectives searched Duhn’s home in the 700 block of NE Mason Road, seizing electronic devices that contained evidence of child pornography. Duhn was arrested on March 5, 2025, and released on a $100,000 bail with conditions to avoid internet use and contact with minors.
However, investigators allege that between March 18 and March 27, Duhn used the internet to contact a 17-year-old out of state. He was rearrested on June 26 and released on $200,000 bail. Further investigation revealed attempts to meet and communicate sexually with underage boys in Central Oregon.
Duhn was arrested again on July 18 for these alleged crimes but released on bail with additional restrictions, including staying 500 feet away from schools, playgrounds, and parks, and avoiding exposure to internet-accessed images.
On August 28, Duhn was arrested a fourth time for allegedly using Snapchat in violation of his release conditions.
He faces multiple charges, including encouraging child sexual abuse, using a minor in sexually explicit conduct, and luring a minor. His next court date is scheduled for September 19.
Bend Police urge any additional potential victims to come forward. Duhn reportedly used the online aliases “Luca” and “August.” He is described as 5’4”, 115 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
