Concord Police Arrest Five in Retail Theft Crackdown

Organized crime suspects caught in Concord retail theft blitz

CONCORD, CA — Concord police announced five arrests on Thursday following a month-long series of operations targeting organized retail theft in the area.

The crackdown focused on popular high-traffic stores, including Old Navy, Ulta, and REI, authorities said.

Those arrested on suspicion of theft-related charges include:

Sarah Jimenez, 56, Oakland

Cydney Wilson, 26, Fairfield

Kilani Cubit, 22, Vallejo

Alayna Foster, 25, Vallejo

A 17-year-old juvenile from Bay Point

All five individuals were booked into Concord jail, and their cases will be forwarded to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, police confirmed.
