JENNINGS, La. (KLFY) — Four individuals have been arrested following the theft and desecration of veterans’ graves in Jennings, Louisiana. The suspects, identified as Cole Bienvenu, Adam Broussard, Courtney Denby, and Melissa Courts, face a range of charges including theft, vandalism, and drug possession.

In addition to the stolen cemetery plaques, officers also recovered several pounds of cut electrical wire, grinders, and power tools believed to be stolen from the Jennings High School Stadium construction site, causing roughly $80,000 in additional losses.
Police also found drugs and paraphernalia at the residence.
Charges:
Cole Bienvenu faces 15 counts each of desecration of graves and institutional vandalism, two counts of theft, and additional charges including aggravated assault with a firearm.
Adam Broussard is charged with desecration of graves, institutional vandalism, and conspiracy.
Courtney Denby and Melissa Courts face accessory charges. Courts is also charged with possession of Schedule II drugs.
