A Stillwater man, Cody Stolfa, has been charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse and is set to stand trial next week, a judge has confirmed. The dental assistant allegedly assaulted unconscious patients and later posted videos of the abuse on the dark web.
At a preliminary hearing on Monday, a Payne County judge determined that there was enough evidence for the trial to move forward. Stolfa is scheduled to be formally arraigned next Tuesday.
