Lebanon Police arrested a 36-year-old Nashville man on March 24 after officers discovered he was driving a stolen vehicle and had outstanding warrants. The incident began when officers received an alert from a license plate reader about a Dodge Ram with a stolen tag, originally taken from Lexington, TN.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that although the license plate was stolen, the truck itself was also stolen from Nashville. Police stopped the vehicle and conducted a search, uncovering a “significant amount” of drug paraphernalia.
The driver, who was later identified through Wilson County Jail records as Cody Fullen of Nashville, was arrested. Fullen faces charges for two counts of possession of stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Although Lebanon Police have not released the driver’s identity, Wilson County Jail records confirm Fullen’s arrest, matching the details provided by police. Fullen’s arrest is linked to multiple outstanding warrants from Nashville.
