GRANVILLE, N.Y. — The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 31-year-old Cody D. Tracy following a Grand Jury indictment related to methamphetamine distribution in the Town of Granville.
Tracy is charged with:
Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree (Class B felony)
Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree
The charges stem from a law enforcement investigation that uncovered evidence of Tracy’s involvement in the sale of methamphetamine within the area.
He was arraigned in Washington County Court and has been released on his own recognizance. Tracy is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has not released further details regarding the case at this time.
