SENECA COUNTY, NY — Lawrence Sullivan III, a 32-year-old man from Clifton Springs, has been arrested and is facing felony burglary and conspiracy charges after an incident in the town of Tyre. Sullivan allegedly conspired with another individual to unlawfully enter a residence and steal a 65-inch television.
In addition to the felony charges, Sullivan was also charged with misdemeanor petit larceny. He was taken to the Seneca County Jail where he is awaiting CAP arraignment.
