Cleveland Browns linebacker Devin Bush was arrested Sunday in Bell Acres, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on charges of simple assault and harassment, according to court records. The 26-year-old player, currently entering his seventh NFL season, was taken into custody about 20 miles outside Pittsburgh.
Following his arrest, Bush was arraigned and released after posting non-monetary bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 20.
Bush, drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the 2019 draft, played for the Seattle Seahawks in 2023 before joining the Cleveland Browns for the 2024 season. This offseason, he re-signed with the Browns after recording 76 tackles and one sack in 16 games last year, including 10 starts. Over his career, Bush has started 61 of 81 games, totaling 299 tackles, five sacks, and two interceptions.
