WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A Williamsport woman, Clara Pratt, is facing arson charges after allegedly attempting to set her hospital room on fire at UPMC on Saturday.

According to police, a nurse discovered Pratt igniting her bedding and saw her blowing on the flames, seemingly trying to spread the fire further. The nurse quickly extinguished the flames before they could cause significant damage.
