Police have arrested a woman named Chulalak in Ayutthaya for running an online sex video subscription service over the past three years, generating millions of baht in revenue.
Investigators discovered the suspect soliciting members of the public via social media, promoting explicit content accessible through paid subscriptions. Chulalak charged 199 baht per month or a one-time fee of 499 baht for unlimited access to videos and images featuring herself, her boyfriend, and other participants engaged in intimate activities.
The content was shared through social media apps and X accounts, where she actively marketed the service to potential subscribers. Interested customers were invited to join private groups where the explicit materials were distributed.
Police obtained a search warrant for Chulalak’s residence after identifying her as the owner of the X accounts and the administrator of the private groups. During the search, officers seized two mobile phones used to manage the accounts and bank accounts registered in her name, which received subscription payments.
Chulalak confessed to operating the subscription service for three years, with earnings reaching into the millions of baht. She has been charged accordingly.
