Christy Renee Kimbrell Arrested at Mar-a-Lago for Trespassing

Woman Claims to Be Donald Trump’s Wife During Incident

by Amelia Crawford

FLORIDA — A woman was arrested on Tuesday, September 16, after showing up at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence claiming to be his wife.

Christy Renee Kimbrell, 49, was taken into custody by Palm Beach Police and charged with misdemeanor trespassing.

Officers responded just after noon following reports of an “unwanted guest” attempting to deliver a letter to Trump. Kimbrell reportedly told U.S. Secret Service agents she was “Christy Renee Trump” and demanded to see the former president.

At the time, Trump was in the UK for a state visit with his actual wife, Melania Trump.

The Palm Beach Post reported that officers recognized Kimbrell from prior attempts to breach the estate. Court records indicate she may be homeless.
