GLOUCESTER, Va. —
A Gloucester man, Christopher Walke, has been charged with multiple serious sexual offenses related to incidents that allegedly occurred more than two decades ago.
Court records show that 44-year-old Walke, whose most recent residence was listed in Mathews County, is facing the following charges tied to incidents that reportedly occurred between February 24, 1999, and February 24, 2004:
Aggravated sexual battery involving victims under 13 years of age
Aggravated sexual battery against victims who were helpless or incapacitated
Indecent acts with a child by a custodian
Object sexual penetration by force
All charges were formally presented in court on September 8, 2025. Walke was granted bond on each count, according to court records.
A follow-up hearing is scheduled for October 7, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., during which the court will address legal representation arrangements.
