UTICA, N.Y. – A man with no known address was arrested Tuesday morning after he was found naked inside a stranger’s apartment in Utica.

According to the Utica Police Department, officers were called to Michael Walsh Apartments around 6:50 a.m. after a resident discovered an unfamiliar, nude man lying on their living room floor.

When the resident asked the man to leave, the suspect allegedly took the victim’s clothing, put it on, and fled the scene.

The suspect was later identified as Christopher Pollard. Police have charged him with burglary and petit larceny.

Authorities have not released how Pollard entered the apartment or whether any further charges will be filed.
