KLAMATH COUNTY, Ore. — A string of early morning burglaries across Klamath County on Wednesday, June 25, has led to the arrest of two suspects, according to the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO). Authorities say a U-Haul van was used in the coordinated crime spree, which began around 3 a.m.
The suspects first targeted the Fastbreak Gas Station in Keno, where they attempted to steal an ATM using a tow strap. Minutes later, the same van was spotted at the Worden Cafe, where a break-in attempt was thwarted by an alarm system.
