FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A 31-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a series of thefts across Fairfax County totaling over $10,000.

Christine Woodson was taken into custody last month following a traffic stop on Russell Road in Hybla Valley. Authorities say she was driving a rental van suspiciously and committed a traffic violation, which led to the stop.

Upon checking her identity, officers discovered Woodson was wanted on 16 active arrest warrants tied to a months-long retail theft spree.

According to Fairfax County Police, Woodson is accused of stealing more than a dozen Ninja Slushi appliances from various Target stores since May. The total value of the stolen merchandise is estimated to exceed $10,000.

She now faces multiple charges, including:

Conspiracy to Commit Larceny

Grand Larceny

Ten Counts of Petit Larceny

Two Counts of Larceny with Intent to Resell

Possession of Burglarious Tools

Organized Retail Theft

One Count of Failure to Appear (from another jurisdiction)

Woodson is currently being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

The investigation remains ongoing.
