VERSAILLES, Mo. — Two individuals were taken into custody on April 20 after a suspicious vehicle investigation led Versailles police to uncover identity theft, drug possession, and more in a Walmart parking lot on Newton Street.

According to court documents, Taila Henson, 22, of West City, Mo., exited a gray 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan and appeared to monitor a nearby patrol vehicle before entering the store. A man, later identified as Christian Aaron Blackmore, 31, of Sunrise Beach, exited the driver’s seat shortly after and also entered the store.

Security footage later showed Blackmore fleeing the parking lot in the Dodge before circling back to pick up Henson from a different location. Officers initiated a traffic stop, discovering that the vehicle was reported stolen in Missouri.

During the stop, Blackmore allegedly provided a false name but was soon identified and arrested for multiple outstanding warrants. Henson was also arrested on outstanding warrants.

A search of the vehicle uncovered several stolen forms of identification, including Social Security cards, a birth certificate, and other documents not belonging to either suspect. Officers also found three spoons that tested positive for methamphetamine after urine and field testing.

Henson was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and booked into Morgan County Jail with a $10,000 bond.

Blackmore, who has a criminal history in Colorado and Arkansas and known ties to the white supremacist group New Aryan Empire (NAE), faced multiple charges including:

Displaying Motor Vehicle Plates of Another Person

First-Degree Tampering with a Motor Vehicle

Driving While Revoked

Tampering with Physical Evidence in a Felony Prosecution

Trafficking in Stolen Identities

Two Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance

He remains in custody at Morgan County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
