Chinese Man Benlai Pan Arrested at Delhi Airport for Card Theft

Benlai Pan and three associates detained for stealing cards on flight

A Chinese national, Benlai Pan, 30, was apprehended at Delhi’s IGI Airport on Wednesday for allegedly stealing debit and credit cards from passengers aboard an international flight. Alongside him, three other Chinese associates—Meng Guangyang, 51, Chang Mang, 42, and Liu Jie, 45—were also detained by the police. The arrest came after investigations revealed the group’s involvement in the theft
