WAKE COUNTY — The Wake County Sheriff’s Office arrested two individuals in connection with a five-car crash on Poole Road Tuesday that injured two people.
On Wednesday, deputies took 28-year-old China Atiyya Crawford into custody. She faces charges of trafficking methamphetamine and conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine. Crawford is being held on a $1,000,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
Aaron Joseph Mosely, 29, the driver involved in the crash, was arrested Tuesday. He faces multiple felony charges, including felony speeding to elude arrest, felony hit and run, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and marijuana, simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, resisting or obstructing a public officer, and driving with a revoked license. Mosely is being held without bond.
The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
