Cherish Gomer Arrested Again for Stalking Post Malone in Utah

Cottonwood Heights, Utah — A woman with a long history of stalking Post Malone has been arrested again, marking her fifth arrest in recent months related to the same celebrity.

According to court documents, 32-year-old Cherish Christine Gomer was booked early Monday on charges of Stalking and Violation of a Permanent Criminal Stalking Injunction, both classified as third-degree felonies.

Gomer’s first arrest occurred on January 21, when she trespassed onto Post Malone’s property in Cottonwood Heights after a gate was briefly opened for a worker. She was charged with criminal trespassing.

She returned again on February 1, walking up the driveway, which led to her second arrest. She later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor stalking. Two more arrests followed on February 10 and July 27, all involving similar violations of the protective order.

Her most recent arrest happened when she allegedly jumped in front of the artist’s vehicle as he attempted to leave his home. Authorities booked her without bail due to repeated violations and ongoing threats to the victim.

Gomer is currently being held in custody while the court evaluates further legal actions.
