GRADY COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — The Grady County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) says two suspects were arrested Wednesday afternoon thanks to public tips following their weekly “Wanted Wednesday” campaign.
The arrests of Chelsea Pollock and Charles Peo were both linked to separate ongoing investigations, officials confirmed.
Pollock was wanted on a felony probation warrant. She is already on felony probation for exploitation of an elderly person.
While investigating an unrelated case, deputies also recovered a stolen vehicle connected to a Tuesday night incident. That investigation ultimately led to the arrest of Charles Peo, who now faces assault charges. However, the Sheriff’s Office clarified that Peo is not a suspect in the vehicle theft.
Sheriff Earl Prince thanked the community, stating, “If you see something, say something. Your tips are a powerful tool in keeping our community safe.”
Authorities encourage residents to continue reporting any suspicious activity as investigations remain active.
