Deputies, working with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), executed a search warrant on October 9 at a residence on White Farm Road in Warrenton.

Investigators say Charles Lewis Montague Jr. received a package containing a large amount of marijuana, which was determined to have an estimated street value of about $42,000.

Montague was arrested and charged with:

He was given a $150,000 secured bond and booked into the Warren County Detention Facility, where he remains pending bond or his first court appearance.
