SWAINSBORO, GA — Authorities have arrested Charles Justin Davis, 40, of Swainsboro, in connection with the death of 34-year-old Amber Nichole Fields, whose body was discovered inside her home on the 600 block of North Coleman Street Extension.

Fields’ body was found by a family member after she failed to report to work. On Monday, Davis was charged with one felony count of malice murder, according to investigators.
