Canite’s bail was initially set at $250,000, but she was released on bail with conditions, including electronic monitoring, after her arraignment on Friday, Jan. 2.

First-degree promoting child abuse
Two counts of first-degree sexual assault
Two counts of third-degree sexual assault
His bail was also set at $250,000, and he is scheduled to make his initial court appearance in Hilo District Court Wednesday afternoon.
