Two notorious drug suppliers, Chabdul Rahman and Abu Bakkar Siddique, were arrested in the Hahsora area during a joint operation conducted by Morigaon district police’s special squad and Bhelowguri police. Authorities seized narcotics valued at approximately Rs2,70,000 from the accused.
Police recovered three soap cases filled with drugs, two scooters, and two mobile phones during the raid. Both accused have been under surveillance for their suspected involvement in drug trafficking across the region.
Interrogations are ongoing to uncover further details about their network and possible accomplices, police officials said.
