Morgan City, LA — Cesar Lozano-Flores was taken into custody following a high-speed chase and multi-agency drug investigation involving the Morgan City Police Department and federal partners.
The incident began when agents attempted to stop Lozano-Flores on Highway 182. Instead of complying, he sped off, initiating a dangerous pursuit through the city. During the chase, he was seen discarding bags of suspected cocaine from his vehicle.
The pursuit ended on Highway 182 near Ditch Avenue, where Lozano-Flores was apprehended. Officers quickly recovered the thrown cocaine, and a subsequent search warrant executed at his residence uncovered additional cocaine and a significant amount of cash believed to be proceeds from drug sales.

Lozano-Flores is currently being held and awaits court proceedings.
