The CEO of Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISB), Nasiruddin Mohd Ali, along with his wife, was arrested as Malaysian police expanded their investigation into a disturbing child abuse case involving several charity homes linked to the company. The couple was among 19 individuals detained during a coordinated raid on multiple residential properties in Kuala Lumpur in the early hours of the morning.

This shocking case came to light last Wednesday, when police rescued more than 400 children from welfare homes allegedly connected to GISB. These homes were reportedly involved in the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors. In total, authorities have arrested 171 people in relation to the abuse, which involved some 20 welfare homes across the region.

The investigation has been expanding rapidly, with authorities committed to uncovering the full extent of the abuse and bringing the responsible individuals to justice. The raid was carried out following tips from concerned citizens and ongoing surveillance of the charity homes, where the children had been living under deplorable conditions.

The Malaysian public is still in shock at the scale of this abuse, as the investigation continues and more details unfold. The authorities are working tirelessly to ensure that the perpetrators are held accountable for their actions, while providing support to the victims who are now being cared for by government officials and child welfare organizations.
