Cecilia Schaadt Arrested for Theft in Rockford

21-year-old faces first-degree misdemeanor charge, held on $2,000 bond

Rockford, Ohio — Cecilia Schaadt, 21, of Rockford, was arrested on April 14, 2025, and booked on a first-degree misdemeanor charge of theft.

The charge, related to petty theft, carries a potential prison sentence of up to 180 days. In addition to, or instead of, prison time, a person convicted of a first-degree misdemeanor could face a fine of up to $1,000.

Schaadt is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on a $2,000 bond (10%) and is awaiting a hearing at the Celina Municipal Court.
