CCB Arrests N. Delhi Kumar G. Mahesh in Rs62 Lakh Job Scam

Two men cheated 14 aspirants with fake government job offers

The Central Crime Branch (CCB) recently arrested two men involved in a Rs62 lakh scam targeting job seekers. N. Delhi Kumar (60) of Mylapore and his associate G. Mahesh (34) of Kolathur allegedly promised employment in government departments in exchange for commissions.

According to police, 14 job aspirants, including N. Kamalakannan (55) of Korattur, paid a total of Rs62.80 lakh believing the duo would secure them government jobs. However, the accused cheated them by providing fake appointment orders, leaving the victims defrauded.

The CCB is continuing investigations into the case.
