AUBURN, N.Y. — An Auburn drug investigation led to the arrests of Caroline J. Clark, 38, and Trevor L. Greene, 46, after officers executed a search warrant at their residence on the night of August 20, uncovering a range of illegal substances and equipment.
According to police, the two were using the home to sell narcotics. The operation was part of a broader investigation by the Finger Lakes Drug Task Force, which had been tracking the duo for drug possession, sales, and distribution in Cayuga County.
During the raid, officers recovered:
Cocaine
Synthetic drugs (including “molly”)
Digital scales
Drug packaging materials
Cash
Body armor
Clark and Greene were both arrested and charged with:
Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felonies)
One count of possession with intent to sell imitation controlled substances (Class A misdemeanor)
Following arraignment, both were released on their own recognizance from the Cayuga County Jail.
The case is being handled by the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office. The Finger Lakes Drug Task Force consists of personnel from the New York State Police, Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, and Auburn Police Department.
