CARLISLE, PA – On Tuesday afternoon, Carlisle Police arrested 26-year-old Kobe Sprecher following an investigation into a series of theft incidents. The arrest took place at approximately 3:30 PM in the 300 block of North College Street.
Sprecher faces several charges, including one count of forgery, one count of theft by unlawful taking, one count of identity theft, one count of criminal use of communication facility, one count of receiving stolen property, and two counts of access device fraud.
A resident of Carlisle, Sprecher is described as a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 300 pounds with brown eyes.
After his arrest, Sprecher was transported to Cumberland County Prison for arraignment. As with all individuals, he is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
