Canton Man Busted in Major Drug Raid: Cocaine, Meth, Fentanyl, Cash, and Cars Seized

Stark County deputies seize over 2 pounds of cocaine, nearly 800 meth pills, and three vehicles in high-stakes narcotics operation

CANTON, Ohio (WOIO) — A major drug bust in Stark County has resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old Canton man, with authorities seizing large quantities of narcotics, firearms, cash, and vehicles.

According to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office, deputies executed a search warrant on Thursday at a residence in the 2800 block of Dorothy Avenue NE. The investigation led to the arrest of Rashawn Emmanuel Phillips, who now faces multiple felony charges related to drug possession and trafficking.

Seized During the Raid:

1,057 grams (2.33 pounds) of cocaine

452 grams (1 pound) of methamphetamine

783 methamphetamine pills

20 fentanyl pills

$4,940 in U.S. currency

Deputies say the raid is part of an ongoing crackdown on high-level narcotics operations throughout Northeast Ohio.

“This operation is a testament to the power of collaboration,” the sheriff’s office stated. “Removing these dangerous substances from our streets is a win for public safety and another step toward enhancing the safety of our neighborhoods.”

Phillips was taken into custody and booked into the Stark County Jail. Additional charges may follow pending further investigation and lab results.
