ALBANY, Ga. — On Wednesday, November 26, the Albany-Dougherty Special Investigative Unit executed a search at 525 Don Cutler #68, leading to the arrest of four individuals and the seizure of significant contraband.
Authorities recovered:
18.4 pounds of marijuana
Four handguns, including two reported stolen
$4,475.99 in cash
21 bottles of Promethazine
Drug-related objects including scales, baggies, and a money counter
The following individuals were arrested and charged:
Bridgette Carter, 30
Trafficking in marijuana
Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (4 counts)
Possession of drug-related objects
Deontae Harris, 18
Trafficking in marijuana
Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (4 counts)
Possession of drug-related objects
Terrell King, 19
Trafficking in marijuana
Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (4 counts)
Possession of drug-related objects
16-year-old juvenile

Officials stated that additional charges are pending for all four individuals. The adult suspects were taken to the Dougherty County Jail, and the juvenile was transported to the RYDC in Terrell County.
