Victor, NY — A 36-year-old man from Ovid was arrested after a shoplifting incident at Von Maur inside Eastview Mall led to the discovery of illegal drugs in his possession.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Brice Pullano was taken into custody on September 3, 2025, after allegedly stealing $200 worth of merchandise. Authorities say he bypassed all points of sale without making any payment.
During the arrest, deputies found Pullano in possession of a controlled substance. He was subsequently charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, in addition to petit larceny.
Pullano was transported to the Ontario County Jail and is awaiting arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Victor Court at a future date.
