Memphis, Tenn. (WMC) – A Memphis man has been arrested after being found in possession of a stolen vehicle, cocaine, and a firearm.
According to the affidavit, officers were first alerted to a stolen vehicle on February 27. The victim reported that their car had been taken by two unknown suspects.
Then, on March 30, officers on patrol in the Jackson Avenue area noticed a vehicle that appeared suspicious and believed to be stolen. When they attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver, identified as Brayan Carrillo, drove off and rammed into a parked car.
Upon searching the vehicle, officers discovered cocaine and a Glock handgun inside.
Carrillo was arrested and is now facing charges of drug possession, weapon possession, and driving without a license.
